Despite the rumor and proposition that Antoine Greizmann will perfectly fit in Barcelona playing alongside with their legend, Lionel Messi, it seems the rapport between the duo is rapidly decreasing as each day goes by.
During training today, the two great strikers were found confronting each other in a sharp argument which would have resulted into a real fight if not for the intervention of Setien, their coach.
It is not ideal for them to do such and rapid measures need to be taken to maintain a striking balance in the dressing room. I guess Messi wasn't really in support of Griezmann's arrival to the team afterall. Messi have been noticed not to likely give passes to the Frenchman as he supposed to do when playing on the pitch. Fans worldwide also noticed a shocking display of sportsmanship from the Argentine when Griezmann was extending his handshake of support to all his teammates and Messi snubbed him. It was really bad!
It's very sad that both men haven't been on a better side with each other.Perhaps, its a sign for Griezmann to leave the club immediately for his own good because Barcelona is close to signing another contract with Lionel Messi which means that if the club must be at peace, its either one leaves or the resolve it.
I hope they both settle it amicably to ensure better flow and communication between the other players. I pray their confrontation doesn't show off on the pitch for all to see.
